How this Song Circle came to be
How this Song Circle came to be
In this increasingly intense world we’re living in, I’ve been finding it increasingly important to stay connected to my own nervous system. To be aware of my state of being. And to consciously cultivate a sense of steadiness and ease.
For me, one of the most reliable ways to do that has always been through music.
Listening to music that resonates with my soul is one thing… but making music myself is something else entirely.
And over time, I’ve come to understand that the most powerful instrument I have is my own voice.
Quite simply, I realized: I want to sing more!
As it turns out, I’m not alone.
This Song Circle grew out of that realization: a simple, shared space to come together, use our voices, and experience the joy and connection that can arise when we do.
